“Me and my wife been quarantining here for like three weeks,” Tracy Morgan said Tuesday morning to Today Show anchor Hoda Kotb while filming a remote appearance. “So she’s pregnant three times. Every week, she got pregnant.”
The comedian and actor has a long history of derailing live TV segments — most famously promising to get the women of El Paso pregnant while filming a local news interview to promote a standup show — and he continued his streak in an appearance on the Today Show.
“We’re roleplaying a lot,” he went on, while Kotb attempted to interject. “She’s playing a young maiden whose grandfather was infected with coronavirus, and I’m the scientist who discovered the cure. She’ll do anything to save her grandfather’s life, and I mean anything.”
“OK. Well. You are a creative one,” Kotb replied.
Watch the clip below, and remember that every season of 30 Rockis streaming on Hulu right now and is a pretty good quarantine watch if you can get over the shots of people going to an office, eating, being close to other people, and walking around midtown Manhattan.
